The Beach House Millendreath

The Beach House, number 32, is the most easily accessible of all the hillside villas, with just four steps up to the terrace.  It is just a minute’s walk to the beach with stunning sea views from the terrace and living room and sleeps up to 4 people with open plan lounge, kitchen and diner and two bedrooms.

The lounge/kitchen/diner is a fantastic open plan space which features a comfortable lounge, WiFi, TV, electric fire and dining area. The fitted kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, slimline dishwasher, under counter fridge with small freezer section and microwave. Patio doors lead out to the large fully enclosed decked area from where guests can enjoy the wonderful views of Millendreath valley and beach with picnic table and two reclining chairs.

The main bedroom has a standard double bed and small built in storage unit, mirror, hairdryer & hair straighteners and overlooks the terrace and sea. The second bedroom has bunk beds suitable for children with a selection of toys and games. The modern bathroom has an electric shower, toilet and wash basin.

During the Summer months stand up paddle boards, surf boards, kayaks, deck chairs and windbreakers are available for hire from the beach. The Beach Shack is open during the day for breakfast, lunch and drinks - opening times and menus vary.

Nearby Looe has a variety of independently owned shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants – many of which are dog friendly. It is a 30 minute walk along the coastal path or a 5 minute drive. There are also a number of boat trips, fishing trips, water sports and other excursions available to book as well as a working harbour.

Our villa is dog friendly and is perfectly suited to a seaside family holiday, for couples or friends, for relaxing, hiking or visiting Cornish attractions. There are acres of woods behind the villas suitable for dog walks and many other suggested good walks in the area and neighbouring villages and beaches.

You can load and outside immediately outside the villa for a maximum of 30 minutes at the beginning and end of your stay and then move to the main car park and pay for parking via the Ringo app - currently £20 per week. Please do not go over this as there are ANPR cameras.
