The Beach House is designed for a stress-free holiday. After climbing 4 steps to your private terrace, the entire accommodation is on one level. 

• Open-Plan Living Area: A bright and social space featuring a comfortable lounge, WiFi, Smart TV, and an electric fire for cosy evenings. The dining area is perfect for working or planning your holiday.
• The Kitchen: A sleek, fitted kitchen that includes a slimline dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave and an under-counter fridge with a small freezer section.
• Indoor-Outdoor Flow: Large patio doors open directly from the lounge onto the massive decked area, letting the sea breeze flow through the house. 

Bedrooms & Bathroom

• Bedroom 1: The master bedroom features a standard double bed, hairdryer and hair straighteners. Best of all are the magnificent sea views through floor to ceiling windows with door to the terrace.
• Bedroom 2: A fun bunk-bed room designed for children but large enough for teenagers complete with a selection of toys and games to keep them entertained. 
• Shower Room: A modern, clean bathroom with a powerful electric shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The Terrace & Outside Space

Your private decked terrace is the heart of the home. 

• The View: To ensure you don't miss a bit of that stunning scenery, we’ve used 4ft picket fencing—keeping children and dogs secure while ensuring the Millendreath valley views are wide open.
• Relaxation: We’ve provided a picnic table for alfresco lunches and two reclining chairs for soaking up the Cornish sun. 

Exploring Looe & Millendreath - Coastal Adventures

• Millendreath beach: Just a minute walk from the villa with dog friendly Beach Shack bar/cafe open daily plus seasonal water sports hire, cocktail bar and pizza kitchen. Dogs are allowed on the beach all day from October-March and before 9am and after 6pm from April - September.
• South West Coast Path: Pick up the trail right from the resort for incredible walks toward Looe or Seaton.
• Looe (5 mins drive): A working fishing port with a fantastic sandy beach, boat trips, and the famous Banjo Pier.
• Hidden Coves: Take a boat ride from Looe to discover secret beaches that are only accessible by water! 

Eating Out 

• The Beach Shack (Millendreath): Great for a casual beachside lunch.
• Looe Pubs & Restaurants: Many traditional pubs in Looe, like The Jolly Sailor and individually owned restaurants like Sails Bar and Eatery are incredibly welcoming to families and dogs.
• Fish & Chips: Grab a proper Cornish chippy supper and eat it by the harbour or collect from The Coddy Shack, just a few minutes drive and eat on the terrace overlooking the sea. Salt and vinegar are provided!

Parking & unloading

• Unloading: You can park immediately outside the villa for up to 30 minutes at a time to load / unload your car to ensure your arrival and departure are stress free.
• Parking: The large car park is just a two minute walk and currently costs £20 for up to a week, payable via the RingoGo app.
